Week 4 and 5

Sorry for skipping last weeks post but the week was so crazy, I didn't really have time for it.  I have been working alot the past two weeks, but now its break time for a while.   I only lost a half a pound, but I  don't what I expected I tried to eat good, but I didn't always plan enough, and I was unable to drive my car after dark so the gym didn't work into my schedule.  EXCUSES EXCUSES.  Next week is a new week, and I am running back to the gym with open arms.

  1. That's how the past few weeks have been for me, this week was my NEW WEEK! LOL! And thankfully, the gym was waiting for me with open arms!
