Week 2 Day 15

This week flew by, unfortunately I only lost 1 lb. but a loss is a loss nonetheless.  I worked out really hard, however I could have done better diet wise.  I decided to train for a 5k.  The first day I did it, I did it in 45 min. however I was on a 6 incline.  Day 2 I did it 43 min at a 7 incline.  I want to run it in 30-35 min.  I keep my heart rate high the whole time.  This week I also started a new workout class, that focuses on my core.  Oh my word, it was so hard, my whole body aches.  But it will be worth it in the end.  So now begins week 3.



  1. One pound is exciting! Just hold up one lb. of butter in comparison and it really makes it exciting!

    What type of class is it that focuses on your core? There are so many classes at the gym, I am scared to try some of them. You are doing great, girl!
