Week 3

Well this week went by, didn't do as good with my workout as I had been, but I just felt very run down this week.  The next 2 weeks are gonna be nuts as I will be working long hours, I am hoping to fit in the Y after work.  The diet went better this week.   I lost 1.8 lbs.  So heres to next week, pray I have alot of energy!!!
