My Weightloss Journey

Day 1

Ok, so this is going to be day one of my weightloss blog, I weighed in at, well it doesn't matter lol.  Tomorrow, I will be attending the 8 am aerobic class at the YMCA.  I plan to eat right and keep a food journal.  My goal is to blog once a week, and include a photo to document progress.  

 Ok, so not the best picture, but we all have to start somewhere.


  1. Awesome, Girl! You can do it! You are already an encouragement to me by starting this!!

  2. But it does matter Jamee! One of the best things about an online journal is sharing honestly with your community/readers. It makes you vulnerable, and although that is hard, it is good because it creates a higher level of accountability!

    All that said, I am proud of you... you can do anything you set your mind to.
