UPDATE
Since my last log in I am down almost 4lbs. Its moving and thats exciting, I have been swimming laps at the Y, its been nice to change up the exercise routine. Not to much new other than that.

How Did This Week Go?
Well let me tell you, it went pretty well, I was down 2.8 lbs. I journaled most of my days, worked out several times, went to a fitness, I really felt the lady thought she was Jillian Michaels lol. Tonight, we took the kids to the pool, they loved it. My goal is to try to instill the love of exercise in my children. See ya next week. Sorry its such a boring post.

Back in the Saddle
Ok took a little time off the blogging during the holidays. I am back although I did gain 3 lbs back ugh, oh well I guess it could have been worse. I am starting back up again, I will be moving my weekly post to Sunday it seems to work in my schedule better. One of the best things I got this year was my Wii fit, I am really excited about working out with it. My kiddos want to do it to, that should be good for a laugh, lol.

Week 7
This blog is a little late but it took me some time to be able to get a picture taken this week. This was a pretty good week over all. I lost .8 lbs. Not a lot but at least I am losing still. My best accomplishment for the week is going of Caffeine. I DID IT!!! It was a fierce battle filled with headaches, but its over now. Also, the shirt I am wearing in the picture I haven't been able to wear in a coul years. YAY!!! Looking forward to this week, we will see how it goes.

Week 6
This week flew flew flew by. It was a crazy week, accomplished alot. 1.4lbs this week not to shabby, the accomplishment for this week is I actually ran on the treadmill, I am very uncoordinated and it is very difficult for me to relax and get a good workout. Sorry I do not have pictures this week, it has been hectic, well I will check in next week.

Week 4 and 5
Sorry for skipping last weeks post but the week was so crazy, I didn't really have time for it. I have been working alot the past two weeks, but now its break time for a while. I only lost a half a pound, but I don't what I expected I tried to eat good, but I didn't always plan enough, and I was unable to drive my car after dark so the gym didn't work into my schedule. EXCUSES EXCUSES. Next week is a new week, and I am running back to the gym with open arms.

Week 3
Well this week went by, didn't do as good with my workout as I had been, but I just felt very run down this week. The next 2 weeks are gonna be nuts as I will be working long hours, I am hoping to fit in the Y after work. The diet went better this week. I lost 1.8 lbs. So heres to next week, pray I have alot of energy!!!
